– Herts Hog Roasts chef, catering assistants and waiting staff to arrive on site approximately seven hours before your chosen serve time.

– All dishes will be prepared fresh at your venue, while your chosen meat is slowly roasting

(A pig will take about six hours to cook)

– Lay tables with crockery, cutlery, and good quality 4 ply napkins.

– Reception drinks (supplied by you) served by waiting staff as guests arrive at venue

– Top table will be served by waiting staff if required

– For all other guests, the main course will be served as a buffet; the chef will carve your meat while the waiting staff serves the various other dishes.

– For dessert, your wedding cake will be sliced, dressed with ripe berries, and served to the tables

– Toast drinks served by waiting staff

– All our crockery and rubbish to be cleared away discretely and taken off site by
