So today I had a day out with a friend and our children at the Good food show at Olympia in London.

Herts Hog Roast weddings are our passion and this is where we feel our love of food, flair and experience leave us head, shoulders and trotters ahead of others in hog roast wedding catering.

The wedding reception was held in the barn that normally houses the combine harvester. It was transformed with coloured drapes, bunting and decorations to give a Moroccan feel to the day and looked amazing.

It was moist and tender with crackling that was bubbling and tinged with crispy golden colours. The hog was devoured with many coming back for seconds and thirds
