Cash Bar Packages -

Here are a few examples of prices and services for different packages we offer. Of course we will tailor your bar to suit your needs.

Cash bar packages

All cash bars are fully stocked with branded drinks and your guests simply purchase the drinks as you would in your local pub. Our drinks are also very reasonably priced… probably a bit cheaper than your local actually !!

You are more than welcome to have a tab so your guests can drink for free for a limited period or for a set amount that you have agreed

The bar comes complete with the following for all free bar rentals:

• Your guests can purchase drinks from the bar throughout the licensed and agreed period
• Suitable sized attractive purpose built bar with back bar, fridge and optics display
• Trained and experienced Flutes Mobile Bar staff in black and white uniforms
• All equipment needed for event- glassware, ice, fruit, coolers and fridges
• Agreed drinks menu
• Temporary events notice if required

Based on

100 adult guests attending – £130 set up fee

150 adult guests attending – £120 set up fee

200 adult guests attending – Free set up

We will not charge a set up fee if we are providing your wedding or corporate catering as part of the package
